THE FRAME IS APPROXIMATELT 21 INCHES TO 18.5 INCHES IN SIZE. Paper on the reverse side of the frame is torn, no hanging wire, foxing or soiling at the edges(or it could be the glue if the map is matted,) otherwise a clean lovely item.
