These books are in good condition. The spines are faded, there’s wear and some spots on the covers, but these books are from 1923. Overall, they’re great in my opinion. There’s no flaws to mention of in the pages except for a small stain on the bottom edge through part of the index in volume 1 and a small stain on the right edge through some of the first pages of volume 2. It looks like this should be a 3 volume set, but I don’t have the third. Still plenty of interesting history in these two volumes. Binding is still nice and tight. Volume 1 looks to be history of the area. Volume 2 looks to be biographies of people in the area. Looking at the index, I think volume 3 (which isn’t included) is biographies as well.
