Mickey Mouse was born in the garage with Ubb Iwerks. Walt’s uncle’s home is on top of photo 2. Walt and Roy started out in this garage on Kingswell. Directories are in used condition. Vol 1 missing rear board. Some random notes, tears folds. Overall tight and clean.
