This item is in generally very good condition. The pages have been laminated, and so have been very well maintained. The outer cover does show signs of age or storage. There is significant scuffing, fading, and some areas of shelving damage, but the cover has maintained an attractive vintage appeal. The item is spiral bound and very secure.
