For your consideration, a Los Angeles County Fire Department Forestry official’s pocket notebook from the 1940’s. Black leather cover, six ring binder inside. The embossing on the front has mostly worn off, but it reads PROPERTY OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY. Some wear from normal use and age. Measures 7 by 4 5/8 inches. A remarkable time capsule.
