1995 OJ Simpson Murder Case Judge Lance Ito Signed Letter on LA County Superior Court Letterhead. Unique and rare signed letter by OJ Simpson murder trial Judge Lance Ito. Envelope return address is Criminal Division, The Superior Court, Criminal Courts Building, Los Angeles, California, 90012, Lance A. The letterhead has a raised gold seal of the Superior Court Los Angeles California Court and says from the Chambers of Lance A. The letter is dated June 8, 1995 which was in the middle of the famous OJ Simpson murder trial. (My name and address is removed from the photo but appears on the envelope and the letter). I watched the trial daily and noticed that Judge Ito had a collection of hour glasses on his desk that was growing during the trial. I saw an ad (included with letter) advertising a unique executive hour glass with water and red collored beads that floated so when you turned the hour glass over, the sand (beads) flowed up, not down. I ordered it and sent it to Judge Ito and received this signed letter back from him in the middle of the trial thanking me for taking the time and effort to add to his hour glass collection. The letter/envelope is now 29 years old and although very good condition both the letter and the envelope show minor creases and browning due to age. Everything is legible and still a displayable collectable from this historic trial.
