The helmet belonged to a former member of this department. The helmet has a tag on the inside that reads Bell Top-Tex, and another tag that reads 0822. It does show signs of wear as if was used. Scratches and scruffs, graphic on front is peeling, inside lining is hardened, the outer trim appears to be coming loose. But colors are still great, and it would look great in a display or showcase.
